Weber® Firespice™ Smoking Wood – Hickory Wood Chips
Weber offers the most popular cooking wood, hickory, in chips for both charcoal and gas barbecues. Weber gas barbecue owners can use the hickory chips in the smoker attachment. Charcoal kettle owners can place the chips directly onto the burning charcoal. For a much stronger flavour the hickory may be soaked in water and then placed on top of the hot charcoal or in the smoker attachment on your gas barbeque.
